Design is about the manipulation of space and materials in a way that contribute to a better standard of living. It is the fundamental motivation of product designers, and the mind of the designer will never stop looking to redesign and improve on existing products in order to achieve better functionality and more beautiful aesthetics.
So, when Zucchetti.Kos designers Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez sat down to redesign the shower water faucet, the were determined not to limited by any preconceived ideas about what the form should be and instead pushed the limits of what the product should be. Hoop was born, a push-button shower system, which combines the convenience of thermostatic mixers with modern, versatile, direct aesthetics. The beautiful simplicity of the push-button system improves the functionality of activating or deactivating the flow of water.
K-448 agency is proud to have developed the corresponding promotion of the Hoop system, which goes far beyond recounting the benefits and functionality of the product, but which is underpinned by a high-minded design approach that strives always for excellence in our daily lives.
