Wemanage Journal: The dataFORMAT Project
--
One year after its debut, our dataFORMAT column will undergo an evolution.
The research project, in collaboration with Fashion in Process Research Lab — Politecnico di Milano, started in May 2022 with the aim of exploring a variety of topics central to the contemporary era.
During these months, the FiP of the Politecnico di Milano played a central role, providing the latest data on current topics. The artists selected by Wemanage reworked this materials and submitted them to their own personal artistic vision.
The result is a diversified, unique and heterogeneous column, but connected by deeply interlinked themes. This year we have covered important threads such as Sustainability, Trends, Retail & Commerce analysis, Brand & marketing up to a macro-area of particularly relevant issues concerning Digital Life and, specifically, Technology and innovation, Influencer marketing and GenZ’s approach to fashion and luxury.
Each artist has interpreted their respective topic in an original and personal way, taking a radical and unexpected approach, thus establishing a digital gallery that can be accessed through wemanage_consulting Instagram account.
Which one among the various concepts developed by Bibita Research Club, Cristina Troisi, Giada Fiorindi, Maison Gola, Stefano Sberretta, Ada Varaschini, Martina Bruni, Cora Manfredi, Tamar Matan, Maditha De Paoli, Le Cose Più Vere Della Vita and Cristina Amodeo, do you find most interesting and why?
As mentioned at the beginning, a chapter of dataFORMAT closes after this year, but the project will evolve, so follow us if you don’t want to miss the progression of this very fascinating story.
